About
Aside from the financial incentive, an Inn Scholarship looks excellent on your pupillage application; it shows that you've been considered by other barristers to have the necessary ingredients and are worthy of investment.
I'm very well-placed to help you with your application. On a personal level, I have successfully been through the process myself. Prior to starting my Bar studies, I was awarded a Lord Denning Major Scholarship (with an Accommodation Award) and a Hardwicke Entrance Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn (I also secured a Hubert Greenland Scholarship during my pupillage). On a professional level, for the last five and a half years, in my capacity as a lecturer, I've been helping applicants draft their applications and prepare for interview.
If you're interested in working with me, I offer the follow packages:
Scholarship Application Consultation Package
This includes:
A thorough review of your scholarship application and CV;
Amendments and suggestions (which will be emailed to you); and

The Bar Course Inn Scholarship deadline is always the first Friday of November – this year that will be 1st November 2024. Please do check the website of your Inn to see the exact time that submission is required on the day.
You don't need to join an Inn before applying for a Scholarship though you must join an Inn of Court before you can start the Bar Practice Course (BPC).
